Rescue BBQ is a firefighter-fueled food truck bringing slow-smoked meats, bold flavors, and a whole lot of heart to Hampton Roads. From tender brisket to pulled pork and crowd-favorite sides, everything we serve is made with care, quality ingredients, and time-honored techniques.
